Acrobat reader dc v. 19.021.20049 printing problem with mac mojave 10.14.6

Hi,

I am having problems with acrobat reader when printing, with the 2 following messages:

"document cannot be printed"

followed by: "no pages selected to print".

It was fine until i have to downgrage from catelina back to mojave (i am using mc os 10.14.6).

Can anyone help?

Thanks for reporting the issue.

Please can you share some more details regarding the issue, you're been facing :

  1. Version of Adobe Reader you're currently using
  2. Printer's exact name (eg. HP Laserjet Pro M1136)
  3. Is the same happening for all the files, or some specific file set?
  4. If possible can you share a file on which the issue is reproducible.
  5. Any error message observed?

    Adobe version 2019-021-20049

    HP OfficeJet pro 7740

    Message error :

    First “The document cannot be printed” then, “no pages selected to print”.

    Please help
