acrobat reader does not respond

Question

I have the problem on my MacBook 15" whenopening a PDF file it most of the time does not open and than I have to go the forced stop and end Acrobat.If its forced to stop I can open the PDF file after that and sometimes a second one but than if I want to close the file that does not function and than I heve to go again over forced stop. Anybody able to help me because its very frustrating and slows you down.

You will find in the attached screenshot how it shows(its only Dutch) and also the details of my Macbook.

Hi there

We are sorry for the trouble and the delay in response. Please try to update the application to the new version 20.009.20065 and see if that makes any difference. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

If it still doesn't work, please create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check.
