acrobat reader form download and upload giving error

I am using macbook bug sur. Downloaded a form, initially i see below error, later when i double click i can open form and fill it in. but later when i am uploading it to a website, it's showing same below error again and seems i am not able to send actual form.

You have to save the original file and then open it in Reader. Do not export or print the page you're seeing, as you'll only get that message... Right-click the link to the file and select Save Target As, and then open it.

on right click not seeing save as option.
