acrobat reader keeps crashes on M2 Mac

i re-installed Adobe acrobat reader 3 times, the support person from adobe told me it should fix adobe from crashing but it does not work i attached a screenshot of what keeps happening every 5-10 mins! im using. a M2 Macbook air

I did this and it still doesnt work, i dont understand how it isn’t installed properly when it was installed on a brand new computer

Hi there

 

 Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the direct link https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/ and see if that works.
