@Loison Frédéric it’s a component of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package is corrupted or just plain missing. It’s essentially a translator file that Acrobat needs to talk to your computer. Download the latest "Universal C Runtime" from Microsoft solves this. Go and download and install the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio (or the latest "All-in-One" version). https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48234

If you are on a 64-bit, with ARM OS, it likely be quite buggy, and would suggest using the 32-bit instead.  Run the Adobe Cleaner tool, to make sure those partial 64-bit files are truly gone. Download the 32-bit version. DO NOT use the main "Download" button on Adobe's site. Go to the Adobe Acrobat Reader Enterprise page  Select your Operating System (Windows 11). There is only one from the drop-down, which is the 32-bit

After downloading the app, run this as an Administrator. This version is a "full" installer (~300MB+) and won't delete itself or fail to show up in your app list.

I pay for Adobe Acrobat to sign documents, and it works fine on my desktop PC. However, I'm going to use my laptop this week while traveling for a client's business, and it won't recognize my digital certificate; it's asking me to sign again. I'm not going to do that because my digital signature appears, and Adobe Acrobat is hindering me. I'm going to lose work because of weak, poor software that has been giving me problems since 2021. I pay 139 Brazilian reais every month for it to hinder me and ruin my work with companies that now require digital and certified signatures.
