Question

Acrobat refuses to output jpeg to onedrive

Hello as title really. If I want to export a PDF as jpegs, I cannot do it to a onedrive folder, it briefly shows the export line then it dissapears.

I can export to the desktop and other folders no problem.

Not sure where the blame lies?

Hi @garethirwin1234,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience!

We were able to reproduce the issue on our end, and logged a bug for the team to look into.

Do you use the OneDrive desktop application for your device or is it just connected to Acrobat?

If you have the OneDrive App, the location should be visible on your File Explorer (Windows)/Find (Mac).

As a workaround for now, can you try selecting the location as Your Computer-> choose a different folder-> locate the folder through Explorer/Finder and then save the file?

Let me know if the workaround works for you.

Hi there.

I use onedrive for all my files its on windows 11, core i7 13th gen, 64 gigs ram.

Not sure I understand the work around, thats always how I work, (I wish acrobat et all would just jump straight to a standard save dialogue box rather than making us click more buttons to get there!)

Hi @garethirwin1234,

Completely understand the frustration.

For the time being, while we work on a fix, would you mind trying out the below steps:

Go to Menu-> Disable New Acrobat-> Restart.

This should switch the save dialogue box to the standard, thus; preventing the issue.

What is your OS and version? What is your Acrobat and version?

How do you proceed?

What happens, when you export to the desktop and move the files over to OneDrive?
