Acrobat se cuelga en forma intermitente

Lo he desinstalado y vuelto a instalar, pero sigue fallando. que oiciones puedo tener ?

Hi,

Can you describe the exact version of the software and the operating system you are using?

Also, can you explain the exact error message you get when it fails?

With Windows, you can use 'Event Viewer' or the Mac 'Console' to see where the error happens.

  1. Open Event Viewer by clicking the Start button.
  2. Click Control Panel.
  3. Click System and Security.
  4. Click Administrative Tools.
  5. Click Event Viewer.
Using Mac Console

To do this, click the Go menu and select Applications. Double-click the Utilities folder. Double-click Console. This opens the Console app, which is where you can view system diagnostic logs for all sorts of events.

hace tiempo le he pasado la info, el problema persiste, no se si Ud es parte de Adobe o solo una persona generosa con su tiempo (gracias) que puedo hacer? El problema persiste. y a mas es imposible hacer algo sin que el acrobat se cuelgue y no parece un software practico para firemar documentos 😕😕

As the application hangs, please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/troubleshoot-system-errors-freezes-windows.html.

 

If that does not help, try removing the application and running the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html). Reboot the machine and install Acrobat Pro DC from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.

Ensure that you are using the updated version.
