Acrobat shared document without asking me!

I have a PDF doc on Google Drive, which I have shared with several collegues. They have added comments and I am working through making the changes in Indesign. 

While I had the document open, Acrobat decided to upload it to Adobe Cloud and share it with my collegues! Without me clicking anything, or asking me to. I "unshared" the document, but then it happened again soon after. 

What on earth is going on?!?
