Acrobat shared ZIP files unavailable without login

For years I've been sharing PDF and ZIP files for our clients to consult and review.
This week, ZIP files shared on Creative Cloud (Acrobat Documents) are no longer accessible just by sharing the link (like shared PDF files). They are only accessible after logging in with Adobe ID.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Can anyone access this link WITHOUT logging into their browser?
