Acrobat showing wrong PDF after PDF export from InDesign

Question

Hello community, this is a somehow funny new problem with Acrobat, which seems to be the stepchild in Adobe's family. Since today, Acrobat always shows the content of a brochure I've opened yesterday, but with the actual name of the currently exported file from InDesign. He does it continuously.

I export a simple business card – Acrobat shows the 100 pages of the brochure.

I export a smaller brochure – Acrobat shows the 100 pages of the brochure.

… and so on.

He does it even after quit & restart.

Is there a file cache or something I can empty?

Anyone else with the same bug after the last update?
