Question

Acrobat sign in to read a pdf

I am paying for Acrobat to use Reader. Adobe I am disgusted and unhappy that you have made reading a simple pdf a time consuming, frustrating nuisance. Opening a pdf, intercepted with a login, entering an email address, waiting for a text message with a code, then typing in a password, is utterly unnecessary.  We don't even have to do that much to get into our Aus Tax Office account. I'm actively looking for an alternative, I don't have as much time to waste as you think I do.

Hi kerriblakeman,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

If you are using Acrobat, you will need to log in to open the application. You can keep the application logged in, so you don't need to sign in every time you open the PDF. While signing in, please mark the box to keep me logged in.

Let us know if you are referring to something else.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Also, Reader is free. You don't need to pay to just view a PDF file.
