Acrobat spell check problem

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to make a spell check on a PDF file that I have created using Indesign? I don't like the integrated dictionary of Indesign for my language (full of mistakes), that's why I want to do that.

I tried to do so but it looks like it can't do that. When I click on the Start button of the Spell Check window, the scroll goes down all the pages, comes back up but nothing happens. Moreover, I can't add any languages because when I select a languge from the drop down list, Add button doesn't become active at all.

I have tried that on various PDF files. What is the big secret of making a spell check on Adobe Acrobat?

Thanks.

In Acrobat you can spell check the content of form fields and comments.

See above. To spell-check the actual contents of the file you will need to use a script, like in this (paid-for) tool I've developed: https://www.try67.com/tool/acrobat-spell-check-suite
