Acrobat Standard 2017 does not support importing folders into portfolios?

Previous versions of Acrobat allowed you to import either files or folders into a portfolio.  Apparently Acrobat 2017 does not, if you import a folder it will import all of the files in that folder individually, cluttering up the portfolio, with no option to keep the folders separate from the individual files.  I can find no information about this at all on Google, except for on unanswered post on these forums asking this exact same question.  Is this no longer supported?
