Acrobat standard 2020 with license asking to sign in

I bought Acrobat Standard 2020 from staples.com so I can install it on a computer that will not be on the internet.  I got an email, and I temporarily connect the computer to internet so I can download and enter the license info.  But this is asking me to sign in.  Why?  This computer will have no internet.
