Hi,

I have a PC which is outdated (Win10) and want to shift to a new one. I installed Adobe Acrobat from 2015 via the supplied link from my account.

Now the Problem:

It tells me that I reached a limit and have to unsubscribe or logout from my old PC. I would like to do that but Acrobat is installed and working without beeing singned in. So I cann unsubscribe nor deactivate anything.

Do I miss anything? How can I solve this?

Cheers

Hi rafael_1367,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please refer to the steps as suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3XUJ81A

As you are not signed in on the old machine and it is still working, try signing in to the application. Then try to deactivate the application. Check if that helps.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
