I recently bought

Acrobat Standard DC subscription (one-year)‎, but when running the program it says it is a 30 days trial. and ask for a serial number, that does not appear in my account products information.

What should I do?

you should install the cc desktop app from here, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and sign in using the same adobe id used to make your purchase.
