Acrobat Standard XI - Add In not staying checked

Hello,

I am trying to fix an issue with Acrobat XI PDF maker in Microsoft Outlook.  The add-in is available but once I close out of Outlook and open it back up, the check in front of PDF Maker disappears.

I have taken multiple steps to fix this such as uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat, reinstalling the Add-In and a few registry fixes that didn't seem to do anything.

Are there any other steps I might be able to take to get this corrected?

What version of Office do you have? What OS version?

Windows 10 and Office 365.  I have also moved to Adobe DC because of this issue and it is still not working.
