Hi, I have a problem with the Acrobat Std DC (subscription) MS Office addin on one of my Users' laptop. The addin keeps causing a crash with Outlook at random times. the User sometimes isn't even actively using Outlook when it crashes.

Software Verions used:
MS Office 365 ProPlus version 16.0.12026.20334

Adobe Acrobat DC version 19.021.20048

Both of the above software have been fully updated, and the laptop is brand new (ie: a clean installation of Windows 10 Pro x64, a new profile, etc).

The event log error reports "Add-in execution error. Outlook crashed during the 'PDFMOL_GetVisible' callback of the 'IRibbonControl' interface while calling into the 'Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin' add-in.

Event ID: 1000

Another Event Log was recorded as well - basic details shown below.

Faulting application: Outlook.exe VERSION 16.0.2026.20334.

Faulting module name: ntdll.dll version 10.0.17763802

Exception code: 0xc0000374

Fault offset: 0x000e0e43

Are there any workarounds or solutions to this crashing issue?

Thanks in advance,

Office has been updated to version 16.0.12026.20344, and Adobe Acrobat DC to 19.021.20049 but this still continues to happen. Does anyone have any ideas?
