Acrobat Stopped Auto-Scrolling Through All Document's Pages When The EDIT Tool Is Selected

Recently Acrobat has lost the functionality to scroll through all pages of a pdf, when the edit tool is clicked.  Now it only processes the current page.  As I scroll up or down the document's pages, it processed the page I land on, but stops again.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this?  Do I need to uninstall & reinstall?  Is there an Acrobat full uninstall tool I could use?  Is there a bad update, forcing me to revert to the previous one, & how would I do so?
PLEASE HELP!!!!
Will

Hi @Willburr

Sorry for the delayed response and the troubled experience.

I understand how frustrating it can be. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and sharing your experiences.

If you are still experiencing this issue, let us know, and we'd be happy to assist. When did this feature last worked on your machine? Also, help us with the following details:

  • Acrobat version installed - Try updating the app and check if that works. Launch Acrobat >Help Menu>Check for Updates.
  • Operating system name and version.

Try disabling the new (and buggy) Acrobat UI, via Menu - Disable New Acrobat.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I thought it made sense & It'd solve the problem, but no - Issue persists.

How do I go back to the "new UI"?  I hate it, but now that I got used to it, I don't want to stay back.

View - Enable New Acrobat.
