Acrobat thumbnails.

F4 used to open thumbnails - now it opens comments. I do not want comments. I want a keyclick thumbnails view.  Also it does not remember the last sate of thumbnails, just defaults to single file. The old version was great the new version makes me use so many more mose clicks when I used to use the keyboard.  I pay for this rubbish.  No productivity, whats going on.  Does any one know how to solve this?
