Acrobat Tools not work on my Mac

Question

When select signature function, the software crash.  When select measure objects, the side bar show nothing, and the measure tool is not working.

@yixiang_4395 it might be the software may be corrupted. I would do a clean install of Acrobat (https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html), Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool is intended for computer users and can fix many common problems (such as removing old Adobe software, cleaning corrupt installation files, and fixing your host files to establish a connection with Adobe servers). And when done, re-install the software from adobe.com (don't use any thurd party website)
