Acrobat turns small strokes into a dot

Hello there, I'm using adobe crobat on my surface. Whenever I use the "comment" tool and use my pen and try to write something in Korean (Korean language consists mostly of lines) the lines often don't get recognized and instead transformed into a dot. I can't write a whole sentence without that happening half of the time. How do I turn off the feature that automatically transforms small strokes into a dot (i use pt 1). 

I would highly appreciate any help!
