Acrobat upgrade for CRM integration

I have a Creative Cloud Pro Individual plan. I would like to integrate Adobe Acrobat Sign with my company's CRM system. Is there a way I can upgrade literally just the Acrobat part to a Teams (Business) license that will allow the CRM integration?

I don't need any of the other features that the Creative Cloud Pro for Teams (Business) license provides, just the Acrobat Sign integration with our CRM.
