Acrobat: useless directions

I have a pdf document that I have opened in acrobat. The pdf document is four individual pages on one download. I know that by clicking on "all tools" I have the menue of options. If I click on "organize pages" I then have a page with all four pages seperate on the screen. If one clicks on "spit into multiple files" the pages are seperated. Then nothing. How do I get each individual page on my laptop so I am able to put them in a message. I need to upload them seperately, not as one item. What do I do? Thank you

Use the Extract Pages command of Acrobat. Tick the box to save each page as a separate file.

Thanks for the useless advice. Where am I supposed to find the "extract
pages" on my app? Your directions are even more useless than the fools who
say they provide support to users. They were a -2 on a scale of 1-3 and you
fall into the -3 range or lower.

Maybe the fool is the one who can't find the most basic tools in an app they are using... Anyway, good luck with your problems. I won't bother trying to help you further.
