My iMac (2017 on Ventura 13.7.5) runs Acrobat Pro V 2025.001.20428 which wont let me print .pdf docs.

My MacBook Air (2020 on Sequoia 15.4) runs Acrobat Pro V 2024.005.20421 which does let me print .pdf docs.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Kind regards, Steve

Hello!

I hope you are doing well!

Do you get error messages while trying to print the document? What's the make and model of the printer? Is it specific to one PDF, or with all the PDFs?

Reboot the machine once and check. Then, do a clean installation by using the Acrobat Cleaner tool, restart the machine, and install Acrobat. If the issue persists with the latest version, please collect the logs from the machine and share them with us for further investigation. Ensure that you have the latest printer driver and firmware installed on the machine. See this article and try the suggestions: https://adobe.ly/3DqU4wL

Thanks,

Anand Sri.

Have you tried downgrading the version? I think Acrobat does not offer the “other Version” option in the Creative Cloud Desktop app as other apps do but at least you can uninstall it there. Then contact Customer support with your problem. They will provide you with an installer for a lower version.

Try on the Contact page first: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

I will let the Acrobat team know about yopur problem.
