Acrobat will not open Adobe PDF's in Win 11

Forced to do a complete reset. Had to reinstall Acrobat.  Acrobat will not oppen any pdf files, including Adobe's.  System Win 11.  I have reviewed other postings.  No solution found yet.  Can someone make a suggestion what I need to do other than install someone eles's PDF program.?

Thank you for responding, but after spending 5 hours online with two MS techs and a complete re-install of Win 11, the problem has been solved.

Pretty drastic remedy IMHO.

You need to provide more details, such as:

What version of Acrobat?

Does the application open by itself, without any files?

Does it open files if you go to File - Open?

Drag them into it? Double-click them?

What happens when the file fails to open? Is there an error message? etc.
