… in acrobat … desktop app from creative cloud … when trying to save docs to mac studio or external hard drives … the message said, “The file may be read-only, or another user may have it open. Please save the document name or in a different folder.” in mac studio privacy settings … have seen under acrobat “flull access” in grey … no on or off switch is present … what can be done to fix this … would like to save docs to mac studio drive and external hard drives and jump drives … presently unable to do that … please advise… prior to the latest update ..

@dmenterprise with your name ‘enterprise’ are you on a server? If someone else has this file open, it may not allow you to save. Instead, try saving the document with a different name or in a different folder. Also, do you have full access to the hard drives, files & folders permissions and external drive permissions.

I would go into Adminstrator mode and see if you can enable it
