Acrobat won't let me print PDF files

I cannot print PDF files using Acrobat reader,  I had no problem prior to installing acrobat reader.  I can print all other file types to my HP 860 printer. I can send the file to my other laptop which has Adobe reader and it prints.  I downloaded adobe to my first laptop and I still cannot print any PDF files.  I have re-installed all printer software with no luck.  Can anyone help?

Thank you for your help. I got it to print by re-loading my printer software a second time and my drivers.

Thank you for your response.

Hi donh9877,

Please try the troubleshooting steps provided in this help document: Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

Also, try "Print as Image". Open print dialogue window and go to Advanced.

Check the box for print as image and click OK at the bottom. Then try to print PDF.

Let us know if the issue still persists.

Meenakshi
