Acrobat won't open PDF's

Question

When selecting files to import from my file explorer, I go into a folder that I know has PDF's in it. I click into the folder, and my file explorer says "no items match your search." PDF's are not listed under "all supported files".

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the delay in response to your question.

The folder you have in your file explorer for the selection of PDF. Other than that, are you able to select the .pdf file from your computer?

Rather than navigating through Acrobat, select the file >Open in Acrobat. Try this method and see if that works.
