Acrobat X Pro (10.1.1) closes itself after few seconds of launching.

I have this issue in several machines. I strongly believe this is related to some mess up in the licening files. 'License this software' windows pops up at few machines but the window and the app closes upon entering the S/N.

The funny part is if I have DC reader installed, just uninstalling DC fixes the X Pro issue. But if DC reader is not installed nothing can be done.

Any help!!??

Updates are available here: ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/10.x/

You must install them one by one, in ascending order from your current version.

I would also recommend running the application in Compatibility Mode with an earlier OS, like Windows 7, but that's about all you can do.

Acrobat X and Reader DC are not compatible with each other. Also, Acrobat X is old and not compatible with the current operating systems (which you didn't specify). And another thing, you should update your version to the latest available, 10.1.16.

I know it's old, but if it's working perfectly on a similar PC H/W with same OS configuration it's normal to think it should be working on both the same way. I have PCs running this app with no issues and on some it just crashes. For some PCs it pops up the licensing window but at the end it just closes itself. Am using Windows 10 (build 1903).

Also where can I find this 10.1.16?! I reached on this link (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotes/10/10.1.16.html#available-installers) and it's asking for Adobe FTP credentials.
