I have Acrobat X Pro installed on 2 laptops. One laptop's motherboard was fried and replaced twice. Since then I cannot use Acrobat X Pro due to the installation limit. I cannot disable another installation since one laptop was fried and replaced.

How to make Acrobat to work on new laptop?

Hey @Serene_experience8333,

Hope you're doing great! Thanks for getting in touch!

If you get a chance, you might want to log in to https://adobe.ly/3OnY7Ml, scroll down to the active sessions section, and just remove the devices you don't need anymore.

Also, feel free to check out https://adobe.ly/3OnY8zT and remove any other device you want to discard.

Once you've done that, give the installation another shot.

Hope this helps out!
