Acrobat X Pro - How to recover signatures and stamps created in a new license?

Question

I had an Acrobat X Pro VIP license installed for more than 5 years, but it stopped working overnight. A pop-up window appeared that indicated two options, one of which was to enter the serial number and the other was to buy a license. However, I have asked Acrobat support if the stamps and signatures that I had created in the software that is installed on my PC and I cannot use can I upload them, import them or another way to recover them if I purchase a new license, however, no one He was able to respond and give me a solution. Can someone help me?

If you're on Windows you will find the Stamps here:

C:\Users\<YOUR USER NAME>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\10.0\Stamps

And the signature profiles here:

C:\Users\<YOUR USER NAME>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\10.0\Security

Notice the AppData folder is hidden.

Copy the files as they are to the same location of the new installation.
