Acrobat X Professional activation

Hello,

 

i tried to move my Adobe Acrobat X Professional Installation from my old to my new PC.


Before installing the software on the old one i (sucessfully) deactivated the license. But I can't activate it on the new one because "This license is used on two computers" (which obviously isn't true).


The support rep in the chat told me she isn't able to reset the activation status and unlock my license.

 

What to do now?

The rep told me 3 times they don't have ANY way to fix licensing issues from older software.
