Acrobat X purchase not showing in Creative Accounts and not usable in Catalina

Hello. I just upgraded to Catalina OS on my Mac. As a result I cannot use Acrobat X. I deduced that I should upgrade to Creative Cloud, which I did – but none of my previously purchased apps (Acrobat X, Photoshop Essentials, Lightroom, etc.) are showing there. Can anyone help me with how to find them and then add them to Creative Cloud so I can get up and running again with Acrobat X?

Your deduction is part-correct. Certainly you need to upgrade to Creative Cloud. But that won't make your old apps somehow work again. You have to work with the brand new apps in Creative Cloud. So you will get (with the All Apps subscription), the current version of Acrobat Pro (Acrobat Pro DC) and a whole bunch of other things which are CC 2020 versions, including Photoshop and Lightroom.
