Acrobat X standard to DC PRO

I purchased the upgrade to DC pro. Now it basically says my version is not valid for an upgrade. Is the option to upgrade to DC only available on XI and above? If that's the case I need direction in requesting a refund.

correct.  when purchasing an upgrade you have to select the version owned and acrobat x is not listed:
