Acrobat X Standard trial period

I am trying to reinstall from my original DVD and license card with serial number, the Acrobar X Standard. After it finishes, it shows a menu that says "Your Trial Period has ended. Please buy a License". 

The thing is that I have been using the product for many years... there is no such a thing as a trial period. This is a full paid permanent license.

What can I do?

      Yes. I did that. I entered the Serial Number that appears on the DO NOT DISCARD card that comes with the original package... and I get a message saying that it is incorrect.

      Then why didn't you say that?? Did you get a message about "qualifying product"?
