ACROBAT XI DOES NOT WORK ANY MORE ON MY MAC !

WHEN I OPEN IT, CREATIVE CLOUD ASK ME ME TU BUY ACROBAT DC !!

i BOUGHT A LICENSE OF ACROBAT XI ; WHY IT DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE ?

if you purchased from or registered with adobe, you can check your account (the same one you used to purchase/register, not necessarily your current), Adobe ID

but you should be securing that info yourself.

uninstall your acrobat and then reinstall it using your serial number and the installation file.  make sure you have both before uninstalling.

do not let the cc desktop app update your acrobat or the problem will return.

I did it, but now i have this message when I open Acrobat " this serie number is valid, but no eligible detected in this computer'

then ADOBE ask me to enter my serie number, but it does not work

your acrobat xi is an upgrade from a previous version.  you're being prompted to select the previous version and its (the previous version's) serial number.
