Acrobat XI, Failed to load its core DLL,

I have had this programing running for years, yesterday I got the error message "failed to load its core dll"

I searched the forums and have done the following:

• I have run the "repair". Did not correct the issue
• Downloaded and ran the TDSSkiller, it did not detect any issues.
• Uninstalled the program, and reinstalled. did not correct the issue
• Uninstalled the program again using Adobe Labs cleaner tool, reinstalled the program. did not correct the issue.

I would appreciate any help on this .
