Acrobat XI license and software

Hello All,

We have a client that recently upgraded their workstations and one of them had Acrobat XI Standard installed. They now need it on the new workstation. The problem is that they never saved any of their licensing information nor do they have the software. Is there any way to get this stuff from Adobe?

I'm swinging for the fences here, any help would be appreciated!
