Acrobat XI Pro Comparison

So here's the thing. I had, notice I said had, Acrobat XI pro installed on my laptop. I subscribed to the creative cloud and got a boat load of Apps. The Acrobat DC I do believe uninstalled acrobat XI pro and replaced it with DC. Question is, which one is a better choice? I do not like the interface with DC. Second question can I get my Pro back.
