Acrobat XI is an old and unsupported version, and is no longer compatible with Windows 10. To increase the chances of it working properly run it in Compatibility Mode with an earlier OS, like Windows 7.

Once installed, make sure to update it to the latest version available, which is 11.0.23.

Updates are available here:
ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/11.x/
You must use a dedicated FTP client to open the link, it won't work in most browsers.

Doesn't seem that mindboggling that 10 year old software might not work in the current, constantly changing, Windows 10. Nor does it seem that mindboggling that support has a limit - which is 5 years from release in this case, so, 5 years ago.

Still, if you manage to capture screen shots please post them, someone may know a work-around. You said it crashes, though, and now you seem to be saying that you get an error message?

What is your operating system version? Please post screen shot of the crash message.
