Acrobat XI Standard compatibility with Windows Server 2016

Hello,

I have planned to migrate an existing Windows Server 2008 R2 machine to the latest Windows Server 2016 version.

Currently I have an Acrobat XI Standard version installed (version 11.0.08) that is requested for another software.

Will that Acrobat version still be working after the server OS migration?

Thanks in advance for your answer. Regards.

Hi Alain,

Acrobat 11 has not been tested on Server 2016. You can try to install it and let us know if it works for you.

Moreover, Acrobat 11 has limited support and the updates released are mostly security fixes. For any compatibility issues that occur with the untested environment, Adobe is highly unlikely to fix it anytime soon.

I would recommend you to consider upgrading to the latest DC version.

Rave
