Acrobat2017インストール時に「 シリアル番号 XXXXXXは既に使用可能な上限数のコンピューターで使用されています」というメッセージが出てインストールできません。解決方法を教えてください
１名が担当変更のためソフトウェアの入替えが必要です。
@Giddy_Sunflower5063 The "maximum number of computers available" message means the serial number has already been used on the allowed number of devices. Typically, this is around two computers. Older versions of Acrobat that used serial numbers had much stricter limitations on the number of computers they could be installed and activated on. These licenses often had a fixed number of activations, and moving the software to a new computer required deactivating it on the old one.
Maybe it's time to update Acrobat, with modern Adobe Acrobat subscriptions, you can install the software on many computers, but you can only be actively signed in on a limited number (around two) at any given time.
