acrobate dc download

I purchased an Adobe Acrobat DC subscription.  It shows on Creative Cloud that I own it and can download.  But when I try to download, I get a message that my trial subscription has expired and I need to buy it.  But I already own it and it shows up on Creative Cloud that I own it.  So I need it, I bought it, but I can't use it. I am about to ask my high school son, who is a Chromebook techie, if he can help me.  He says that there are better products on Chrome and they are free or cheaper.

 

REMOVED frustrated. Wasting an entire afternoon.

Are you Signing-in with the AdobeID that you've provided for the paid subscription?

 

The subscription won't activate until you Sign in with your AdobeID.
