AcroTray.exe issues:

Hi all:
AcroTray.exe crashes many a program trying to open whatever file through "Open File".
This is due to an issue with Win File Explorer, somehow both do not quite like one another.
My fix:
Create a subfolder in the Acrobat DC Pro named "Backup" and drag the virus in there.
Solves all crashes.
But now, I ran an issue with MSWords.
Trying to insert a picture crashed MSWords with the error:
"AcroTray.exe not found!"
Quæ?
Non intellego?

Tried many a solution, like to delete the register value:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers
which is not there.
Installed all possible C++ versions, no solution there.

One genius said:
"Delete all Adobe programs:
Issue fixed."
Is that a joke?
Not funny, seriously, not funny at all.

Please help me, I am out of ideas ... .

    PS:
    General information:
    NEVER delete a program part, rather do as I do:
    Create a subfolder in it's main install folder, make a backup folder called BackUp (or whatever), and drop the file in there.
    Deleting is never the answer.   🙂

    @ Adobe Programmers:
    Make AcroTray in such way, it fires ONLY up when you convert something to PDF, and have it close again once it is done converting.
    To leave it running from startup is ... not smart?, I guess?
    That is what creates issues like mine.
    Acrobat DC Pro fires it up if it has died, or never fired up in the first place, so why have it ALWAYS run in the background?
    Makes no sense, waste of resourses, even if small.
    Closing the AcroTray.exe afterwards, when the conversion is done, would be higly intelligent to, so no further issues can come from this, as in my case, when still running in the background.
    Or crashing my work, because I moved the file to a different location (why did you, btw, make MSOffice dependable on this .exe?
