action to remove security

hello work with many files which are always safe to not change the content but do not have security to open them, when I create an action to remove the security does not work, is there any other way to automate this tedious task of removing the secure file by file?

Sorry for the delay in response.

Please try following steps:

1- Go to Actions Wizard > New Action > Protection > Encrypt

2- Under Specify settings > select Security method > None.

That won't work, of course, since there is no way to specify the Owner password in the Action.
