My subscription was initially activated.  Was deactivated during a windows 10 software upgrade.  Currently when I try to access a PDF document I receive a message my free trial period is over.  I checked my credit card statement, I am being charged monthly therefore my subscription should be active.  Please advise how I reactivate my subscription - do I reinstall or is there an activation option.

first, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to pay for your subscription:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
