Activated Adobe Fonts not showing up in my PDF when converting from Word to PDF using Acrobat DC

I have Greycliff CF and Quicksand font families activated through Adobe CC. They work in my word document, but when I convert to PDF from word using Adobe Acrobat Pro, the fonts are changed to Courier.

When I try to print to PDF, same thing.

The fonts are on the Adobe cloud, so I can't manually embed them, as they would need to be on my local drive.

I cant find anything in preferences to turn them on or anything. This seems like it would work being I have an active subscription.
