Activating Acrobat 7
How do I activate Acrobat 7 standard.

You can't!
Activation servers for Acrobat 7 were shutdown years ago.
Furthermore, Acrobat 7 doesn't fully and properly install on any modern version of Windows 10. The last version of Windows on which Acrobat 7 could fully and properly install was the 32-bit version of Windows XP.
