I purchased (from AMAZON) a licence of ADOBE ACROBAT 2017 student and teacher version (I am a university teacher).

In oder to active it the serial number is required. I did not received it. How to get it and where should I put the justification of my professional status ?

In my ADOBE ACCOUNT I did not find how to do it.
